Just a quick heads-up to tell you that I have considered writing a completely new version of my previous "How to publish fast web pages" ebook.

In the meantime, the old 2007 version is available on both Kindle and iBooks at the lowest possible price for each platform. It is quite dated but still contains valuable info on the methodology and tools that you have to know.
